Document Request Procedure

To request access to Tier 3 or higher documents, submit Form 7-C to your department administrator. Allow 5–10 business days for clearance verification. Expedited requests require written authorization from a Division Manager. Form 7-C is available from the Internal Forms Repository (internal network access required).

Documents marked UNDER REVIEW are temporarily unavailable pending revision or compliance check. Do not distribute copies of documents under review. If you currently hold a copy of a document under review, you are required to surrender it to your department administrator.
