1. Introduction

This document defines the authorized operational zones within Luminar Industries Precision Systems Division facilities and specifies the access requirements, permitted activities, and restrictions applicable to each zone. Zone definitions are reviewed quarterly and updated as facility conditions, personnel assignments, or operational requirements change.

All personnel operating within PSD facilities must be aware of the zone designations applicable to their assigned facility and must remain within their authorized zones at all times. Entry into an unauthorized zone constitutes a security violation regardless of intent.

The zone classifications described in this document apply across all PSD facilities. Individual facilities may impose additional restrictions on top of those described here. Consult your facility-specific Zone Reference Card for local amendments.

4. Restricted Zone Protocols

Entry into any zone above Z-2 requires a physical Zone Authorization Token issued by the Zone Control Authority. Tokens are facility-specific and non-transferable. Lost or stolen tokens must be reported immediately to the Zone Control Authority and the Internal Security Office.

Zone Z-4 and above require continuous escort by a designated Zone Monitor. Zone Monitors must maintain direct visual contact with all Zone Z-4 visitors at all times. Zone Monitors are authorized to terminate access and escort visitors out of restricted zones if any protocol deviation is observed.

5. Override Procedures

Zone access overrides may be issued in exceptional circumstances by the Zone Control Authority Director. Overrides must be documented using Form AZ-7 and countersigned by ████████████████. Overrides expire after ██ hours and cannot be renewed more than once without ████████████████████████████████████████.

▲ Notice Regarding Zone L-17 (Archive Node) Zone designations associated with Archive Node L-17 are currently suspended. Physical access to the L-17 facility is prohibited pending structural and environmental assessment. Do not attempt entry. The L-17 sector has been flagged in the access control system. Attempts to access L-17 will trigger an automatic security alert.
