Seeking detail-oriented individual to manage unit intake, storage assignment, and inventory reconciliation. Candidates must be comfortable working in controlled environments with minimal supervision. Transport Coordinator Transport Ops Multiple Facilities Level 2 2003-11-22
Responsible for coordinating secure unit transfers between authorized facilities. Must maintain accurate chain-of-custody documentation and ensure compliance with all transport protocols. Valid commercial driver's license required. Willingness to travel up to 60%. Background in logistics or supply chain management beneficial. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to respond to time-sensitive situations.
Zone Monitor (Night Shift) Zone Control Auth. Facility 07-North Level 3 2003-12-01
Night shift position (22:00–06:00) responsible for monitoring restricted zone access and ensuring protocol compliance. Candidates must be comfortable working alone in low-light environments. Requires ability to make independent judgments regarding security incidents. Previous security or military experience highly valued. Level 3 clearance must be obtained prior to start date. This position involves exposure to ████████████. Candidates will be briefed during interview process.
Environmental Systems Technician Facilities Mgmt Facility 03-West Level 1 2004-01-05
Maintain and troubleshoot climate control systems, atmospheric monitoring equipment, and environmental alert systems. Perform scheduled maintenance, respond to system alerts, and document all service activities. HVAC certification or equivalent technical training required. Must be available for emergency call-outs. Knowledge of industrial environmental control systems preferred.
Administrative Assistant – Storage Operations Storage Ops Facility 03-West Level 1 2003-12-14
Provide administrative support to Storage Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities include scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation. Must maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Experience with database systems beneficial. This is a full-time position with standard business hours.
Records Compliance Specialist Info Management Central Office Level 2 2004-01-12
Ensure all operational records meet retention requirements and compliance standards. Conduct periodic audits of physical and digital record systems. Assist with retrieval requests and document verification. Background in records management, library science, or similar field preferred. Meticulous attention to detail essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with legacy filing systems and database interfaces.
